The Program

Marty Copeland’s “From Faith to Fit 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge” is the first body weight loss challenge workout product specifically designed for the Christian Community. This product was designed to challenge believers to take action and lose weight. The emphasis is on both spiritual growth and physical health. Marty has hand-picked amateur participants and has developed a 45-minute fat burning workout that will assist in weight loss. In addition, there is an Abs, Core & Pilates workout to help strengthen problems areas like back muscles and abs. As well, each person will receive, a never before taught or offered, spiritual teaching series called “From Faith to Fit, A Spiritual Guide to Understanding How to Motivate Yourself to Manifest the Temple You Are”. Accompanying the DVD’s will be a nutrition guide with low fat recipes, a fast food eating out guide, a food and workout journal to track your progress and a daily spiritual devotional journal with scriptural lessons for the entire 90 days. In every piece of this product you will find encouraging uplifting scriptures and words from Marty.

  1. 45-minute Fat Burning Workout – This DVD consists of a cardio and resistance workout developed for all fitness levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Participants can simply follow the color coded fitness person at their individual fitness level. Emphasis is on increasing the body’s metabolic rate to burn fat and resistance training to develop lean muscles that also cause the body to have more energy and continually burn fat.
  2. Abs, Core & Pilates Workout – This DVD is a one-on-one instructional workout with Marty’s hand-picked personal trainer guiding participants through a series of different exercises to help strengthen problem areas like abdominal and back muscles. Exercises are demonstrated from both a beginner and advanced perspective.
  3. “From Faith to Fit” Spiritual Teaching – This DVD is a personal teaching from Marty on her testimony and how to biblically motivate yourself for a lifestyle of good health. Marty shares a teaching the Lord has given her on the importance of the spiritual understanding needed in every area of life, including weight loss.
  4. “From Faith to Fit” Spiritual Teaching Audio CD – This is the same great spiritual teaching that is on the DVD except in CD format. Marty personally wanted this teaching in a CD format so that you can take this powerful spiritual message with you when you’re out and on the go. It is perfect for filling yourself with the Word of God when you’re away from home.
  5. Nutrition Guide – A guide that teaches participants the importance of nutrition and eating to maintaining a long-term healthy lifestyle. Everything is included from how often to eat to the importance of water to the difference between fats. Along with valuable nutritional knowledge you will learn the scriptural references, which shows God’s plan for us as his temple. It also includes recipes, an extensive list of simple 100 calorie food options, how to determine portion sizes and a quick list of healthy items to turn your kitchen into a “healthy” kitchen.
  6. Eating Out Guide – The eating out guide provides nutritional information from some of the most popular fast food establishments. Based on this information you can make informed decisions as to what to choose when you’re out and “on the go”. At the beginning of the guide, Marty gives her extremely useful and easy tips for making selections at restaurants based on your fitness goals.
  7. Food and Exercise Journal – A day by day log to keep track of what you eat as well as your progress while using the “From Faith to Fit” workout DVD’s. Marty has filled this journal with encouraging words and scriptures to help keep your motivation high and your spirit dedicated. She also provides a prayer, at the beginning of the journal, that she uses every day to remind herself of the promise that she has made to the Lord in regards to her health. She has also included information on how to calculate your target heart rate so that you receive the maximum benefit from your workouts. Also, in order to help people get started, there is a description of each of the three levels on the 45-Minute Fat Burning DVD.
  8. Spiritual Devotional Study Manual – A 90-day study devotional. Each day has a different scriptural reference, along with thought provoking questions to draw you closer to the Lord. This journal isn’t just for weight loss. It’s to strengthen your walk with the Lord and to truly take His word into your heart. Marty has handpicked scriptures that will edify and teach participants on the importance of laying a spiritual foundation for the weight loss challenge and their lives.
