Who is eligible to participate in the Challenge?

The “From Faith to Fit 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge” is open to men and women, of at least legal age in the state of residence, who profess Christ as their savior. Employees of Christian Wellness Network and Higher Fitness International are not eligible.

What are the conditions of entry?

You must purchase the “From Faith to Fit 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge” product in order to participate in the Challenge. There is only one eligible participant per product purchase unless entering the Challenge as a couple. A couple is defined as a legally married husband and wife. You must follow the program utilizing the “From Faith to Fit” product kit. No Entrants are to have had surgical weight loss procedures including, but not limited to, liposuction or gastric bypass during the Challenge. No use of anabolic steroids, human growth hormones, or prescription thyroid medications that are not prescribed by a licensed physician for a known medical condition are to be used during your participation in the Challenge.

What happens to my photos and testimony submission?

All entries submitted, including essays and photographs, become property of Christian Wellness Network (CWN) and will not be returned.

By submitting an entry you grant CWN and its agents the right to record, copy, publish, use, edit, exhibit, distribute, perform, merchandise, market, license and sublicense your entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without any compensation. You agree to abide by these official rules and the judges' decisions, which are final in all respects.

What are the dates of the Challenge?

After you purchase the product, the starting date of the Challenge is when you decide to start. You will then complete the program over 90 days. Your end date will be whichever occurs first, the 90th day or November 30, 2008. For example, if you decide to start on May 1, 2008 then you will complete the Challenge on July 29, 2008. You are welcome to join the Challenge at any time but your before and after photos should confirm that you participated in the contest no more than 90 days.
